Our Board of Directors plays a pivotal role in guiding and overseeing the work of Palá-nte Alliance. With a lean team of dedicated individuals, our board ensures that we stay true to our mission.

Team:

Given our small size and startup nature, we do not have a formal executive team or paid staff at this time. Our board members take on multiple roles to manage the day-to-day operations and program implementation.

• Executive Director: Deiby Guzman serves as our Executive Director, overseeing strategic planning and program development, as well as creating strategic partnerships in USA and in Cartagena.

Volunteers:

At this early stage of our organization, we do not have any formal volunteers. However, we welcome individuals who share our passion for our mission to reach out and explore opportunities for collaboration and support. By sharing our platform, donating, ad bringing awareness to our cause.

Future Growth:

As we grow and expand our impact, we anticipate the need to bring on additional team members and volunteers. Our commitment to transparency will remain a core value, and we will keep our supporters updated on any changes to our organizational structure.
